We will contact you via text message to give you a heads-up when our Bunny team is on their way to you. We always ask that Respond to text message that you “GOT IT” so we know you are ready and waiting with your cameras!

If you have any special notes regarding where they should meet you…(Front yard…back yard…ring doorbell, etc…).*** please send them to us and we will be sure the bunny knows where to surprise you!

***For sanitary reasons, hugging and gentle high-fives are OK, but NO Kissing Character.***

***For safety reasons, Character is NOT to hold/carry children while standing and NO sitting on Character’s lap. If client has a large enough sitting area, participants can sit next to or stand next to Character…or Character can stand next to or behind seated area

** Character is not to be put into any inappropriate situations with dancing or posing.  We prefer a wholesome bunny experience for all. 

***Character will come with a Handler to help Character navigate throughout event safely. Character Handler will lead your group in any activities while Character interacts with participants. Mascot Characters do NOT talk or sing***

*** Tips are graciously accepted and appreciated and can be added at time of reservation, discreetly handed to handler to share with character or added onto credit card at time of visit when signing entertainment delivery sheet before start of visit or before entertainment crew leaves.

Prices quoted are based on non holiday hours 

Good Friday through easter Sunday carry a holiday surcharge. 

These are a premium cost character visit day.  Those fees will be added to any quote we have given.  They do vary based on day and length.

Entertainer dates/times are based on availability and they are only guaranteed once accepted/reserved.  If you have a quote and need time to make a decision please ask for a courtesy hold if your response time will be longer than 24 hours.

***Our payment policy for Character Meet & Greet Visit: All payments for character meet & greets under $1,000.00 are due in full at reservation. If over $1,000.00 reservation, 50% NON-refundable booking fee is due at reservation with balance due no later than 15 days prior to event date and all reservations are 100% NON-refundable. If paid in full and cancellation/reschedule occurs 15 days or more prior to event date, option of in-house credit may be offered for use within one year of cancellation date at discretion of management depending on variety entertainer’s cancellation policy (and/or availability) which may be different than ours. A 10% rescheduling fee (minimum $50.00) applies to all rescheduled reservations. Some services/items are 100% NON-refundable such as: special/custom orders, shipping, associated costs for custom designs and entertainment/subcontracted rental retainers/booking fees. We are no longer asking our performers to collect final payments to make transitions between shows easier. Please be advised that booking fees (or payment in full) must be received at reservation or you risk losing your reservation. Once you provide your credit card and booking fee (or payment in full), your visit is secured. All final balances must be received no less than 15 days prior to event to keep your reservation on our schedule. All final balances for add-ons (candy cups: chocolate eggs/sugar-based, stuffed balloons or other add-ons) will be due at time of add-on to order charged to credit card on file or digital invoice***

We do require credit card info on file for all reservations. If your preference is to pay by check, we do offer an e-check option. Please ask us to provide you with an electronic check request (e-check) link.***
